Two guys on a motorcycle grab a woman’s handbag in Wenzou, China; a common enough event. What isn’t common is the reaction of a cyclist who saw the robbery; he calmly gets off his bike, picks it up and throws it at the thieves, knocking them off their motorbike.

Germany’s cash for clunkers program is just as popular as the one here in the US–in fact, there are a lot of parallels between the two.
